Abstract submission

In the tradition of the ICAP, abstracts will undergo a peer-review process. Each submission will be evaluated by two independent reviewers. Their comments will be sent to the authors by the editors, who will also collect the revised manuscripts. Authors will receive an email with the acceptance of their contribution.

Abstracts must be submitted in English and fulfill the following requirements:

Finally, all abstracts will be published in the printed Abstract book.

Until the deadline of December 31, 2026, abstracts can be submitted for scientific poster or oral presentations (max. 15 minutes) that fit with our sessions.
